ARCHITECT (m/w) – Fulltime


Mandressi GmbH is a young company founded as a part of the Italian Mandressi Group in Carinthia. The recent past years, the business area has been expanded by the architecture division. In this area, it deals with the planning of shops, residential and office buildings, hotels and luxury residences, also upgrading of urban areas, etc. Mandressi GmbH is currently working on projects in the above-mentioned areas in Oman. Mandressi GmbH is looking for an architect who wants to join our team in KLAGENFURT so that we´re able to increase the number of projects more.

 

Tasks:

· Designing the projects according to customer requirements

· Handling an entire project from planning to execution

· Creation of rendering, 3D models, videos and presentations

· Organization of presentations

· Coordination of construction work with local companies and the client

· Tasks in the interior and exterior

 

Conditions:

· University degree in Architecture
· Good knowledge of the 2D programs (AutoCAD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign)
· Good knowledge of 3D and rendering programs (Sketchup / Rhino / Artlantis etc.)
· Very good knowledge of English in spoken and written
· Ability to draw by hand
· General computer skills such as E-mail, Word, Excel, etc.
· Enthusiasm and readiness to work
· Dynamics and self-initiative

· The gross salary of this position for 1st year is min. € 1,672/month (Kollektivvertrag-Handelsangestellte). Depending on qualifications and experiences.
