Sales and Administrative Assistant

Payment: 1.400€ Net/month

Job Duties:

• Answer and direct phone calls

• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

• Update and maintain office policies and procedures

• Submit and reconcile expense reports

• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries

• Act as the point of contact for external clients

• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system

• Perform data entry and scan documents

• Assist in resolving any administrative problems

• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos

and emails.



• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good written and verbal communication in German and English (Italian will be a


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

• High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or

Secretary will be a plus
