Hatha Yoga is the most classical style of yoga. When yoga is talked about in the Western world, usually it means Hatha Yoga. The aim and the meaning of Hatha Yoga lies in achieving harmony between the body and mind. We human beings have got different amounts of energy. Too much energy - we are restless. Too little energy - we can’t really get going. The aim of Hatha Yoga is to balance these energy levels in order to find the inner equilibrium.
Hatha Yoga combines exercises for the body with meditation and breathing exercises to bring the inner sun and moon energies into harmony. Hatha Yoga is a calm and slow style of yoga.

Price: € 135 - 10 sessions, 90 minutes each
