Mindfulness in everyday life helps us reduce stress, dissatisfaction and unhappiness. A regular practice allows us to “wake-up” out of our non-helpful behavioral patterns and unreflected thoughts. Through practicing mindfulness, we become able to move into increased clarity, wellbeing and openness. Life becomes richer and more satisfying. We can more effortlessly move out of our old comfort zone, into new challenges and opportunities.
In this monthly group session, we practice mindfulness meditation together and experience firsthand how it relates to our individual lives. Participants are encouraged to ask questions related to their own personal experience and exchange thoughts around challenges and successes. Additionally, we introduce further mindfulness practices to integrate into our daily lives - both at home and at work. The sessions thus include meditation, Q&A and short discussions. The practices used are all based in Buddhist and Vedantic Advaita traditions.
Requirement: Openness, curiosity and willingness to take a deeper look at yourself and your life.
Benefits: Increased satisfaction, wellbeing and joy.
