Mindfulness is an integrative, mind-body based, approach that helps people to manage their thoughts and feelings. In our busy lives, we need to take a breath and returning to give attention to our body.

Mindfulness exercises are ways of paying attention to the present moment, using techniques like meditation, breathing, and yoga. Training helps people to become more aware of their thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and prepare to a new challenge. Practising mindfulness can give more insight into emotions, concentration, and improve relationships.

Mindfulness allows us to create a daily space for ourselves, and find well-being, greater awareness. Participants will be stimulated to new questions, to be introduced to new discoveries about themselves and their habits in short phases of discovery in sharing.

 

Elisabetta Bignami Graduated in Education Sciences in Bologna (Italy). I have fifteen years of experience in the training sector: first in school and later in Human Resources. I trained as a Life Coach at the Astery Lab school in Milan, affiliated with ICF (International Coach Federation). I work as a Human Resources consultant supporting people in times of strong change. I approached the most innovative technical of personal growth and I believe that emotions and creativity are the fundamental aspects in moments of renewal.
