Stress and Coaching
If we’re walking by the edge of a cliff or swimming in deep water, we should have a healthy amount of fear to keep us safe. These are real threats that have the potential to harm us if we don’t listen to our emotions.
The outbreak of the coronavirus disease may also be very stressful for people. Fear and anxiety about a disease can be overwhelming and can cause strong emotions in adults and children. Everyone reacts differently to stressful situations. How you respond to the outbreak can depend on your background, by the way you handle your emotions, the things that make you different from other people, and the community you live in.
I can give you support to find strategies for this unusual moment. Together we can find methods to manage your emotions, and build a path to get the best of this standoff.
We can meet on Skype. I speak English, Spanish and Italian.
For all coronavirus-related incoveniences and for CIC members, sessions are free of charge.
