Breakfast between 6.30 and 10 a.m.
Lunch between 11:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Dinner between 6 and 9 p.m.
Sometimes there is a break between breakfast and lunch or in the afternoon with a traditional "Jause" consisting of bread and cold cuts or a cake.
In rural areas you can take small snacks at all times. In congested areas there are restaurants offering warm meals around the clock.
