NEW Workshop series: Administrative procedures and visits to government offices in the digital world: A step-by-step guide
This workshop series is aimed at anyone who wants to move their administrative procedures and visits to government offices into the digital world. It offers a practical introduction to the use of ID Austria, the Digitales Amt app and other digital administrative services. The aim is to show participants how they can use these tools efficiently to save time and effort when dealing with the authorities and to take advantage of the benefits of digital administration. The workshop series comprises three face-to-face sessions. Each unit offers practical exercises and step-by-step instructions to make it easier to get started with digital administration.
Workshop 1: ‘ID Austria: Your key to digital administration’ 
Workshop 2: ‘Online administrative procedures: Dealing with the authorities at the touch of a button’ 
Workshop 3: ‘Digital services on site: Using regional services’
