Der demografische Wandel trifft Kärntens Betriebe schon heute. Mit der CIC Roadshow durch Kärntens Bezirke, gemeinsam mit der Wirtschaftskammer Kärnten, zeigen wir praxisnah, welche Möglichkeiten Unternehmen haben, internationale Mitarbeiter*innen zu finden und langfristig zu binden.

Besonders angesprochen sind kleine und regionale Betriebe, vom Handwerk über Pflege und Gastronomie bis zu Transport und Logistik sowie Landwirtschaft und Gemeinden.

Ein Workshop für Frauen, die ihr Finanzwissen, ihre finanzielle Sicherheit und Unabhängigkeit stärken möchten. Ziel ist es, Finanzbildung verständlich, praxisnah und stärkend zu vermitteln – für fundierte Entscheidungen im eigenen Finanzleben. Neben dem richtigen Money-Mindset erhalten die Teilnehmerinnen einen strukturierten Überblick über zentrale Finanzthemen und lernen, wie sie ihre Finanzen mit Klarheit und Selbstvertrauen planen und gestalten können.

We celebrate international talents who have found their professional path in Carinthia through the Dual Career Programme, while demonstrating to companies how successful integration and long-term employee retention can be achieved.

On 13 November 2026, from 5:00 p.m., the Carinthian International Center warmly invites you to a special Dual Career Alumni Celebration.

At the heart of the event are the people who have completed our Dual Career Programme and are now building successful careers in Carinthia – whether by working in local companies, founding their own businesses, pursuing new career paths, or successfully applying their qualifications.

Together with our alumni, we will reflect on their journeys, celebrate their achievements, and, above all, showcase what sustainable international talent integration looks like in practice.

The event is also specifically aimed at companies with little or no previous experience in hiring international professionals. International recruitment does not have to be complicated – with the right support structures in place, it becomes an opportunity for both businesses and the region.

Moving to a new country can bring excitement and emotional strain. This talk dives into the topics of mental load, loneliness, and maintaining personal balance while adjusting to life in Carinthia.
